About My Role
Welcome to my brand new blog at Edublogs. This site will be under construction for the near future as I transition from my old 20th century style webpage to my new 21st century style blog.
Teachers: if you would like to discuss you or your class using blogs, please let me know. I have some great ideas and resources to make it happen.
My Role at SBRSD: The goal of the Technology Integration Specialist is to provide resources, support, and professional development for teachers to successfully integrate technology into a standards-based curriculum.
The students of the Southern Berkshire Regional School District live in a society rich with technology and information. To prepare our students for productive, responsible, and satisfying future roles, they must consistently experience relevant uses of modern tools for inquiry, problem-solving, research, and communication. Learning which is supported by technology will improve the richness and efficiency of instruction. Students must be guided by district staff that models and integrates appropriate applications of technology.
